Biosec: the home dryer

Biosec is a home dryer that can be used for drying meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, mushrooms and herbs. Created for home use, Biosec is the perfect appliance for all lovers of natural products, for mushroom fans and all those who enjoy working in their vegetable garden or orchard.

Drying inside Biosec is natural and even, thanks to the Tauro horizontal air-flow system, which distributes the air uniformly.

With this process the air is never blocked by the products (unlike what happens with vertical-flow dryers) and it flows freely around all sides of the baskets. Horizontal air flow also offers advantages in terms of productivity, because you can completely cover the basket surfaces without having to worry about leaving spaces between the products for the air to flow through.

The efficiency of this method means that Biosec can be expanded. Extra units can in fact be added to make the most of the motor’s drying capacity, giving a total of up to 30 baskets. Biosec comes in three different models – Domus, Silver and DeLuxe – and is distributed by Tauro Essiccatori via a network of authorised retailers.
