When registering as a client, you agree to use an existing fully operative e-mail address. This is the address we will use for sending your order confirmation and any relative communications. Please notify us of any changes to or problems with the e-mail address provided. If for example, e-mail confirmation does not arrive after placing the order, this might mean that the e-mail address was incorrectly typed or that there are problems between the servers. All you need to do is contact us and we will find a solution.

All Tauro products are guaranteed for 2 years from their purchase date.
This guarantee is valid only if the product is accompanied by proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice).
Pursuant to law, the guarantee covers all faults caused by manufacturing defects.

In compliance with the legislation in force the right to withdrawal can be exercised if the following conditions are respected.

The desire to exercise this right must be communicated in writing within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, preferably by registered post with confirmation of receipt, to:

The letter requesting withdrawal must give the details of a bank or post office current account for the refund.

Furthermore, again within the same period of time, the product purchased and no longer required must be returned to us. It must be complete with no parts missing, including accessories, manuals or other material supplied, and carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please also attach a copy of the sales receipt or invoice. The client is responsible for all expenses incurred in return of the goods. Once the goods have been received and checked, their cost will be refunded to the current account given in the letter requesting the right to withdrawal.

The refund will cover the price of the product net of delivery charges and will be made within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The personal data you provide will be registered on protected electronic databases with no public access and will be processed on paper or by electronic and/or automatic means, by Tauro di Zanon Santon Dr. Renato, Via Pio La Torre 58, 36043 Camisano, Vicentino. These data will be used for user registration, supply of products/services requested by the user, fulfilment of contract obligations and laws linked to said supply and also for sending to the data subject, also via e-mail, informative and promotional material related to Tauro products and services.

The data may be communicated to our sales staff, Tauro product sales points and other natural persons or legal entities authorised to manage technical services connected to sales (e.g. banks for payments, maintenance workers in our IT databases), for similar processing with the same purposes. You are not obliged to provide your data for processing for these purposes, neither are you obliged to give your prior consent. However, failure to provide your data and/or consent for processing will make it impossible for Tauro to start up processing for the intended purposes. In compliance with art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-6-2003, you may at any time access your personal data and request that the data be updated, modified, integrated or cancelled, without prejudice to your right to oppose processing by request to our technical assistance service or in writing to the owner of Tauro di Zanon Santon dr. Renato.

In compliance with article 1326 of the Italian Civil Code, the purchase contract is considered accepted along with these sales conditions as and when the client clicks the confirm button on the confirmation window at the end of the online purchase procedure.
