What to dry?
At this point it is clear that the already varied range of products that can be dried is destined to increase and diversify even further as it meets the needs and imagination of users.
Below we give just a few examples of product that can be preserved thanks to the Tauro drying system.


many kinds of fruit:
apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, persimmons, figs, plums, peaches, kiwis, grapes, pineapple, etc.



many kinds of vegetables:
tomatoes, aubergines, capsicum peppers, chilli peppers, courgettes, green beans, celery, spinach, pumpkins, etc.



mushrooms:
porcini, honey, chanterelle, etc.



meat and fish:
horse, beef, pork, white fish, shad, etc.



herbs:
rosemary, basil, parsley, thyme, sage, mint, chives, etc.



flowers:
chamomile, roses, orange blossom, etc.
